SOUTH M20 unmanned surface vehicle (USV)

The M20 and M10 unmanned surface vehicles(USV) are designed for autonomous hydrographic surveys of harbours, lakes, rivers and water reservoirs which are difficult or hazardous to access using a traditional survey vessel. Features of the M20 include:

• double decker trimaran for stable cruising
• payload options echosounder, side scan sonar, ADCP current profiler etc
• autopilot for fully automatic operation
• up to 5 hours endurance in autopilot mode
• 360 degree pano camera view during missions
• microwave radar for obstacle avoidance
• dual antenna GNSS for heading
• mission planning and control all thru the one remote control unit

SOUTH has a New Zealand 12 month warranty.
